Gamespot Review

While I've not been keping 100% up to date with GW:EN scores this past week or so, a new review has popped up over on Gamespot where they gave the game a decent score. Snip...
The most negative and positive things that can be said about Eye of the North are things that could be said about the previous games. The dumb henchmen AI, inconsistent pathfinding, and incomplete follow command are the same as they always were. Of course, if you've played enough Guild Wars that you would consider purchasing the expansion, you've learned to deal with those minor quibbles

editzors:oh my christ in heaven, the reviewer was a sword weilding wammo.

well, he wasnt THAT bad:

a quick look at the screenshots reveals this:

Related games: Similar: Planescape Torment, Wizardry 8, Space Rangers 2?

With those comparisons that site has lost all my trust!|||There's a review over at Eurogamer to (7/10) and Ign (7.9).

The Eurogamer review isn't a particularly happy read.|||Quote:

Just read the Eurogamer one, and frankly the reviewer comes across (to me at least) as an idiot who seems more concerned with characters' dress senses than the actual game. And the Norn are rubbish? They've prolly been the best fantasy race I've seen for ages!|||So what if he's a wammo, he's only doing it for the hard res. That bar looks decently similar to the one I run in PvE.

His review on the other hand...sounds to me like someone doesn't know how to use henchies. The henchmen in EotN have brilliant builds.
