General Freebies-Great Dwayna rally
ATTENTION! Support Dwayna this Wintersday! Get to Kamadan at 2.30pm (GMT) and Lions Arch at 3pm for your snowball arena training, then fight for Dwayna in the snowball arena. Those who join Dwayna will be rewarded!
Elder Freebies-Council matters
With Wintersday approaching, Elder Skruuj has created a bill, which would pass a new law forbidding interaction with Dwayna during Wintersday. This would lead to an eternal winter, which would have disaterous effects on Istan! Please come to Kamadan at 2pm GMT to help persuade the council against this move!

*Town-Kamadan 2pm (Elder Freebies), Kamadan 2.30pm (General Freebies) Lions Arch 3pm (General Freebies) and Snowball arena 3.30pm (General Freebies)
Rules
Could people please follow these rules, to make the event better for everyone:
*No spamming trade or guild adverts
*I would like everyone to win something, so please dont swap characters to get extra prizes. If i find you you will be excluded from all my events.
*Dont AFK in the district. Someone entusiastic about the event needs that place!
*No dress code-wear what you want! But remember, best and worst costumes get prizes!
*No insulting, spamming emotes, namecalling etc. People dont want to have to close their chat because of you!
*Please could you stay out of trade chat, as I will be using it to co-ordinate you folks. Remember to keep it open!
*I will not let you win an event if you bribe me. I will accept the bribe to enlarge the fair winners prize. And dont hassle me for answers to the quiz, because you will simply be excluded from the event.
*Keep the atmosphere positive, and people around you will cheer up.
Anyone caught disobeying the rules will be excluded from all activities and giveaways.
